The second course next week will feature the WineAlign Platinum medal-winning Family Reserve Chardonnay from Quails' Gate. Served w/ BC Spring Salmon "Chowder" (double smoked bacon, puffed salmon skin, prawn oil) it's a dish sure to impress!
