The hits keep coming: third course at next week's dinner features Grilled BC Leg of Lamb (creamed polenta, charred leek, onion mustard crema) and this complex 2016 Pinot Noir from acclaimed Privato Winery on the Kamloops Wine Trail


The final course of next week's Side By Side Dinner will feature Vanessa Vineyard Syrah and mouthwatering Braised Bison Tortellini, Tiger Blue cheese, Canados demi glaze, and pan seared king oyster mushroom - come hungry (and thirsty)!
