A disappointing catch in my garden moth trap yesterday morning probably due to New Moon. Only 3 species but new to the garden was a Narrow -winged Grey and as well as a Green-brindled Crescent. #mothsmatter

The Moth section of our annual Photographic was keenly contested. At one stage I thought I may be called on to give my casting vote but this image of a Puss Moth by David Beecroft just edged in front when all the votes were counted. #mothsmatter
