October has finished strong, with another weekend of impressive half marathons. Included were races in CoventryHalf , Leicester, Luton, Wimbledon, BradfordCityRuns, Bangor and Lanelli. Special mention to Halloween-themed races, such as the Pumpkin Run and Worksop half marathons.

I've been so nervous about getting back to dancing / trying to dance since having my new hip put in. I took it out for a mini test run today to warm up BradfordCityRuns and I'm still standing 🥳
