The Brook had a great weekend at the State 🥩! Only 4 teams in the State qualified all four relays down at State, and The Brook was one of them! With eight qualifiers and 3 all-state events, there is much to be proud of…🧵 💀🏴‍☠️💀🏴‍☠️

Olu Olu-Akintomide had a respectable day for Triple Jumping. His placed 18th in the State in his last time jumping as a Raider, missing finals by just a few centimeters. He left a tremendous legacy that helped our program grow over his four years.

Our 4x100 had a solid performance but fell short of finals. Placed 22d in the State. The 4x200 gave great opportunities for some younger guys to get to race at the State meet.

This is the third year in a row that we have had a 4x800 qualify for State. They had a solid race on Friday to make finals. While we did not have a lot in the tank on Saturday, we are proud of a 12th place finish! 💀🏴‍☠️💀🏴‍☠️

Jordan Lampkins 3 ⭐️ SAF/DB Bruce Duncan Ill had a busy weekend. In the prelims of the 400 he set a new PR of 47.87. That sits #2 all time in school history. He placed 4th at Finals in what was his fourth race in a 26-hour span. He had fifth one just a few hours after that. 💀🏴‍☠️💀🏴‍☠️
