Well, that's Shetland almost done for another year. No lifers, but some good birding and a good craic was had by all. Amongst the many avian highlights, the Eastern Crowned Warbler and Pechora Pipit stole the show. Roll on autumn 25...

The Desert Warbler performed well this morning. There's going to be some killer shots on socials later...

The Amur Stonechat was showing nicely this afternoon in weedy field along the approach track to Trimley Marshes SWT

This gorgeous 1w Amur Stonechat continued to delight the small crowd at Trimley Marshes SWT today. Park at Searsons Farm and walk the track SW, then NW for 1 mile. A faeces sample has been obtained and sent off.
