Very honoured to have been selected as the winner for NBN Trust Young Person's award. I've put a lot of work into surveying the wildlife around my local area so for it to be recognised is a great pleasure! Congrats to all involved.

Mad rush to the Yellow American Warbler. Unfortunately I Left my camera at home. But my good friend Ben Rumsby allowed me to use on of his pictures. Buzzing very nice early Christmas present. RareBirdAlertUK BirdGuides

Not the early Christmas present I was expecting when news broke of this American Yellow Warbler early afternoon. Incredible bird, nearly always on view and calling frequently. Great to see familiar faces. Special thanks to Henry Wyn-Jones lending me camera battery for this pic.

Really cool to have these Brent Geese over the garden this evening! Might need to play it at full volume to hear them. Also, Little Grebe, c15 Redwings, 3 Song Thrushes, Blackbird, and a Duck sp! #londonbirds #ukbirding

A memorable and long-awaited guided walk around Walthamstow Wetlands today with Sam O'Donnell, then a super catch up at Rainham with Ben Rumsby & Sam Levy. The wildlife seemed incidental but we saw Willow Warbler, Sand Martin, Spoonbill and several ‘new for year’ butterflies.

Good day RSPB Rainham Marshes with friends and evening on patch. Got Male Redstart, Arctic Tern & Garganey. Finished at Cliffe and got Ring Ouzel found by Frank Cackett. A few Nightingales at dusk. 27 hours straight birding in the last 2 days and absolutely knackered but worth it.
