PLAYERS: When you become a "whatever the team needs" type player then you become a great teammate and your team's culture is strengthened. Great teams have great teammates.

Coaches, get used it. This is reality for us. If I wouldn’t go to them for advice, then I don’t care about their opinion. Players, same goes for you on social media. Keep posting your highlights. If you wouldn’t ask that person for help/advice, when who cares what they think.

PLAYERS: Making excuses about why you aren't in the gym, the weight room, or at training sessions usually leads to bad habits. These bad habits will be the same ones that lead you to make excuses during the season as to why you are underperforming.

Players You never know who's watching you. That can help you. It could be. A coach from the opposing team. An umpire. A parent in the stands. A fan. A recruiter or scout that is at the game watching someone else. Play the game everyday like someone is seeing you for the first
