An amazing day with the fantastic children from Moorside on our Youth Employability & Aspirations Programmeβ. They made vision boards & studied the skills to meet their future ambitions. With thanks to Point North Community Fund for their kind support of this work. ππππ


A fantastic day with 86 amazing historians, from North Durham Academy ,for our βCelebrating Stanleyβ programme, Karbon Homes ππ We looked at Stanleyβs fascinating past & interviewed them about their future hopes & aspirations for town. They were an absolute credit to the school π

Beach cleaning up with the amazing children Christ Church Primary North Shields for our Stronger Shores project. 6 bin bags full of plastic waste - a shocking amount when the beach seemed fairly clean at first. Well done to everyone involved; something so simple can make a huge difference. ππ

Huge thanks to Mitch & Becky from Shoddy Theatre who answered questions from the children @ Moorside Primary, as part of our careers & aspirations based programme. The children gained a real understanding of life in the performing arts π Point North Community Fund πππ


The Tow Law Eco-Ambassadors have been working with MammalWeb & Durham University recording wildlife surrounding their school. Can you see the Hedgehog? They did a brilliant job reporting their findings back to their peers. ππππ Energy Saving Trust for their kind support.


Our Eco Ambassadors at BJDPS did a fantastic presentation on their MammalWeb Durham University eco-programme & answered lots of questions from local children too. Kian said: "I liked setting the camera up and finding out what was in our wilderness". Thanks toππ Energy Saving Trust

A fantastic day at Moorside Primary as part of our Point North Youth Aspirations programme. A visit from the astronomy and physics team from Durham University watching the night sky & constellations in the planetarium and learning about science based careers. βοΈπππͺ
