My Uncle was one of a kind. If you knew him, you knew what you were getting. Honesty, loyalty, and the best he had everyday. I was fortunate to spend my lifetime learning from him. I hope that as I coach I can make half the impact he has on so many lives.

Coaches, please do not do this. Your pitchers will have arm issues if they throw after working out. I’m hearing this way too often from my athletes, and then they ask me how are they sore when they’re doing our arm care program. Do better Coaches. 🤦🏻‍♂️ National Pitching Association | Tom House Sports Tom House 〽️

Many trauma survivors feel a powerful urge to be "chosen" in relationships. It's not "immature" or "narcissistic"-- often its the result of having been negatively "chosen" by abusers for pain once upon a time. That is: we're looking to heal a wound, not feed our ego.

Covert #narcissists are superficial charmers. They can be very friendly and “thoughtful” with coworkers or “friends” or people they meet in public. But at home with their designated target/victim, their lack of genuine compassion, lack of concern for the pain they cause, and
