These programmes show the expertise, care, compassion, humour & camaraderie that ooze from this great ED team, & have kept me here for 28+ years. Fantastic boost to showcase this, at a time the same staff are on the verge of breakdown in an emergency care system on its knees.

Today we set off with a herd of alpacas to wish my long standing PA Marjorie a farewell after 13 years of service to our ⁦Nottingham Hospitals Charity⁩ ⁦@TeamNUH⁩. We will all miss her, no one more than me, and wish well in her new retirement adventures.

Left Nottingham for Manchester’s Great Run today! What a fantastic atmosphere and so many #NHS #charity runners! Counted 6 hospitals! Before and after, still smiling but lost the husband along the way.

It was a pleasure to meet NUH Stoma Care Team team and learn about the all-encompassing job that it is: from psychology to care and everything in between. The passion for such delicate work was palpable and I can see why you won. Congratulations! @TeamNUH Nottingham University Hospitals
