When you have to say 'goodbye' after 13 years - Marjorie's last Trustee event Nottingham Hospitals Charity

What a joy it is to see firsthand the difference that artwork and decorating makes to patients Oncology Outpatients Nottingham University Hospitals. Thanks to Karen Pettigrew for the enlightening tour.

Congratulations Fiona on your award from Nottinghamshire Police and Crime Commissioner….. your tireless work to assess and protect children and young people who have suffered sexual violence is rightly recognised. You lead our service Nottingham Children’s Hospital and NNU with excellence. Thankyou.

Today we set off with a herd of alpacas to wish my long standing PA Marjorie a farewell after 13 years of service to our Nottingham Hospitals Charity @TeamNUH. We will all miss her, no one more than me, and wish well in her new retirement adventures.

Today we marked one year since the launch of our Hayward House Appeal 🌸 We celebrated by holding a special indoor cinema event for patients and their loved ones 🎥 We're £8,000 shy of reaching £600,000 but we still need your help to reach the target: nottinghamhospitalscharity.org.uk/donate/our-app…

What a treat to visit Hayward House with books for patients as part of World Book Night UK NUH Library Services Nottingham City Libraries. Great for everyone to get lost in a book! Nothing as fulfilling and distracting as a good old tale of two!

It was a pleasure to meet NUH Stoma Care Team team and learn about the all-encompassing job that it is: from psychology to care and everything in between. The passion for such delicate work was palpable and I can see why you won. Congratulations! @TeamNUH Nottingham University Hospitals
