Ready for our next #NPAW2022 highlight? We congratulate Julie Pfeiffer on receiving our Excellence in Postdoctoral Mentoring Award! Thank you Julie Pfeiffer for being an awesome mentor to our postdocs! We are looking forward to your seminar!

Thanks to the PDA at UTSW Executive Board and #NPAW2022 Committee members for all their efforts in planning and executing an amazing week of #postdoc appreciation events last week!

Many students I interviewed this year had trouble finding our lab's webpage. With the help of AI, we launched a new one, chenliulab.us, in just two days. Drawing inspiration from the sites of Konopka Lab, Jong-Woo Sohn, and Teppei Fujikawa 藤川哲兵. Feedback welcome during beta testing.

Happy to share the final version of our #GAGEseq published today Nature Genetics! The single-cell co-assay for #scHiC and #scRNA reveals 3D genome & gene expression interplay in mouse cortex (also integration w/ #MERFISH) and during human hematopoiesis. 1/3 nature.com/articles/s4158…
