I was bored, so recreated balnit button component using next js and tailwind. Deployed link below 👀

Built dynamic, real-time 2D shadows and light blocking, all in CSS. No WebGL, no shaders. A super fun and versatile effect, perfect for CTAs and hero sections. Getting it right took some tweaking! Got ideas for cool demos where this could shine? Might make it into a CodePen

Rotate and scale a sticker - with just one handle. Love when interactions get this clean! Took a few stages to get here though - don't stop at the first idea.

Embroidery in the browser 🪡🧵 The reveal animation is css, combining two gradients as mask image. The embroidery effect is some blend mode magic, and svg filters for bump map based lighting effects, with mask edge displacement.

Did not expect this to blow up - over 1M impressions, absolutely wild 🤯 Thanks for all the support and kind words! Now cooking up a Safari-safe version, crazy how rough SVG filter support still is there (even more weird, considering liquid glass on the web)
