Best news we've heard all week: Civil rights activist Tony Fugett, who with ACLU of Maryland NAACP Baltimore County exposed how the council violated the Voting Rights Act, is RUNNING FOR COUNTY COUNCIL!

This report about ethical infractions allegedly committed by County Council chairman Julian Jones, who is running for re-election unopposed, is dated March 9 but is only surfacing now--*after* the deadline to file to run has passed. Why is that? taylor m. deVille any ideas?
