Why I very rarely go to public events, and avoid crowds

I was in the military. I have had plenty of weapons training. With small arms and rifles. Good with both...

I get that some "higher-ups " will never see a second of prison or courtroom. But there's zero reason some of these people cannot be prosecuted. Other than they just don't want to do it.

I refuse to watch a movie, where the main actor is a gun grabber IRL, and spends the entire movie shooting people. Same with war movies, when the star is a draft dodger.

One rack of my rack of ribs wouldn't win a BBQ competition. It's " fall off the bone " tender. They like a little pull in the competitions. The other rack has a little pull to it. I wrapped them at 190°, and smoked them to 200°. That serloin is pulled-apart tender.

Myself and one other recruit were the only ones from the South. The rest were from the North. Drill Instructor Sgt Dudley was a very dark green Marine. He named us his " Klansmen" and when he had late duty, he made us do a pull-up and hang out with him on the Quarter deck.

The power at my daughter's and SIL's church got knocked out during the storms early this morning. So, the canceled services, due to it not being expected to be restored until 10pm. I told them Jesus didn't have electricity and he still had church.
