When we don’t get a referee it falls on someone else to volunteer, whether that is a coach or parent. Not many people are willing to step forward but when they do quite often they are subject to the same abuse. Everyone needs to take a good hard look at themselves.

Day 3 of the referees course completed. Students today officiated in the UK North 7’s, with the developers & more experience officials providing feedback. All students learned a great deal from the experience today & hopefully put them in a good start point.
