It's #VolunteersWeek and the best time so say a huge thanks to all our wonderful Samaritans volunteers who respond to calls day and night from those in need of a caring, listening ear. We couldn't do it without you. You let us be there for others, 24/7, 365 days a yr. #ThankYou

"Being a Samaritans volunteer is a privilege and a lifeline for many". We are so fortunate to have volunteers like Margaret and Ellen who selflessly give up their time to support our callers. Thank you Thanks to Belfast Telegraph for sharing their story 💚 belfasttelegraph.co.uk/life/features/…

The loyal listeners of Bangor Samaritans, who support the local community 24/7, were joined by man's best friend last night for a special walk, focusing on #SamaritansAwarenessDay - reminding people they are there, day and night, to help.

Just in time for #SamaritansAwarenessDay, the Bangor Samaritans marks 50 years of providing a listening ear to people, day or night, 24/7, with a wonderful floral display provided by ArdsandNorthDown. #Wellbeing #mentalhealth #MentalWellness

Volunteers from @BangorNDSam attended the #PositiveAgeingMonth24 at Ards Blair Mayne Leisure Complex when ArdsandNorthDown environmental health officials led a day of scam awareness and wellbeing promotion. #AgeingWellNI

After 45 weeks & 218 shows, Sarah Millican's tour of the UK and Ireland ended on Sunday. We joined her at the show at the Belfast Waterfront and got to see her incredible support first hand. Sarah and her supporters have raised over £550,000 for @Samaritans. Thank you! 💚
