This fired me up!!! Oregon's DC Tosh Lupoi shared with me the breakdown of his defensive culture. If you love football, you've got to hear this ⬇️

"I appreciate guys that lay it on the line. Maybe you're outnumbered. Maybe you're not the most talented. Maybe the odds are against you and nobody believes in you. I respect the hell out of those guys that will fight. That's what we're about." -Dan Campbell

Congratulations to Slater Flag and JV Teams who both won Championships this morning. The players competed intensely and proudly represented their community. Thank you to the coaches who are dedicating their time to teaching these young men about the sport we love. #SlaterPride

Adults must teach kids to stand on their own two feet. It’s much easier to blame others or to compare situations, but they should be using that energy to compete. Teach them to take responsibility for their actions & earn what they want. It’s a lesson with a lifetime of benefit!

Great respect for these four men. Feel fortunate that I was able to work with and also build friendships with them. Thank you for being committed to keeping our sport great.
