Our Learning Disability Nurses launched Reflective Supervision Sessions at Thompson House Hospital 🙌 Staff found the first session incredibly valuable, offering a safe space to reflect, share and learn from one another ❤️ Monthly sessions are set for the rest of the year👏

Last week, we hosted our first workshop on the new Best Interests Pathway & Decision Making Form, led by Barry Magee 📋 Once developed, the pathway will help staff actively involve patients, ensuring their wishes and best interests remain central to every decision ❤️
