Our systematic review & meta-analysis on postoperative SRS for intracranial SFT/HPCs (n=228) reveals: 📌 94% 1-year local tumor control 📌 85% 5-year overall survival 📌 6% adverse radiation effect SRS offers a safe, effective adjuvant strategy for these rare aggressive tumors.
