We're so excited about tomorrow's mystery Birria item that we're giving you a sneak peek a day early! BIRRIA STUFFED PEPPER is filled with birria brisket, cilantro lime rice & street corn. Topped with chihuahua cheese, cilantro and onion and served in a consommé reduction.
