On Wednesday, we welcomed ElloFit to Barnwood for a Wellbeing in the Workplace Pilates session. We learned how to strengthen our core & glutes, improve posture, and ease tension from desk work. A much-needed break that left us feeling refreshed.  #WorkplaceWellbeing

Over the past month, we met with 6 Barnwood Circle members to shape our social media strategy, covering platforms, posting frequency, accessibility, and content ideas. Their insights will help us create a more inclusive and engaging social media plan.

We hosted our first Short Breaks Community of Practice with organisations funded through the Gloucestershire Short Breaks Partnership. We discussed the first year of the fund, the role of our evaluation partner Collaborate, and explored ways to connect and support each other.
