We want to recognize Mrs. Yager, who was selected as the 2020-2021 Nebraska College Preparatory (NCPA) Middle School Teacher of the Year! She is a phenomenal teacher who is a great advocate for our students and extremely deserving of this award. We love you Mrs. Yager!

Another amazing Barr staff member, Officer Urbanski was recently selected as a 2020 “For the Love of Children” award recipient! Officer Urbanski is an amazing person who truly cares about our kids and will do anything to help them be successful. We love you Officer Urbanski!

We want to congratulate two Barr Bulldogs who have qualified for state track this year. Celia McCoy (7th grade) qualified in the 400 meters and Nelsyn Wheeler (7th grade) qualified in the long jump! Congrats and best of luck to these two Bulldogs!

We want to highlight Dr. Garcia and the Barr Thespians for putting on an amazing performance of “Scenes from a Quarantine” this past Saturday in our Barr auditorium. We are so proud of you all!
