Boroughbridge Community Library talk this afternoon

Great afternoon spent talking crime writing with the 30+ crime fiction fans at Boroughbridge Library. They really know their stuff and many had read my novel. So wonderful to share our love of the genre.

Just submitted latest and final draft of new book to my literary agent. fingers crossed for 'Hollow'!

Inspirational North Yorkshire morning

The novel ALL THE DEAD MEN LIE HAS as its premise a very focused 'what if'? What if in the aftermath of a violent picket the body of a dead miner is discovered. A miner battered to death during a battle between police armed with truncheons and pickets armed with clubs and bricks.

And what if that miner is more than he first appears? That he is a man with secrets that might see many people wanting him dead?
