Thank you barth mwanza for your energy and commitment in making refugees voice listened🙏🏽. Looking forward to working together with you and the other Refugees Led Organizations!

Last night, we welcomed NGO and UNHCR delegates from around the globe to the reception at #UNHCRNGO2024! Let us connect and strengthen our partnership to empower displaced and stateless persons. Thank you to ICVA | International Council of Voluntary Agencies and Swiss Development and Cooperation for making this reception possible!

Many thanks to Global Refugee Youth Network for making us part of the high level dialogue and reception on the participation, leadership and self-reliance of young refugees during the #SummitoftheFuture2024 Let's embrace our collective vision and commit to taking actionable steps forward.

I cannot express how grateful I am for this opportunity. Big thanks to UNHCR United States and USA for UNHCR for providing me a space to advocate for positive change in refugee communities. Our hope is that these discussions will lead to meaningful progress and impactful outcomes.

It was a great honor to present the 2024 voices of courage awards to Deepti, a tireless activist and advocate and Rowida, a brave young woman at the Women's Refugee Commission VOC Awards gala.

At the #SummitOfTheFuture, we heard how displaced youth face increased barriers to access education. The solution? As barth mwanza put it “We are the solution!” Partnering with youth networks and supporting #YouthVoices along their learning and leadership journey is critical.

Refugee Youth Advocate barth mwanza has an important message: Young refugees and forcibly displaced young people must have a say in shaping #OurCommonFuture. Their voices and contributions are essential for building a more inclusive and resilient world.

For barth mwanza, it’s simple: young refugees and forcibly displaced young people must have a meaningful role in shaping #OurCommonFuture. Their voices and experiences are crucial to creating a more inclusive and resilient world.

“The joy of leadership comes from seeing others achieve more.” I’m really happy to be able to participate at the #ECOSOC Youth Forum with Kesiya Ramazani, cofounder of Transformation Innovation Hub, Nifasha Adelaide founding member of Refugee Coalition for Climate Action (RCCA) and Adhraa Faris, co-founder of Life Savers.
