Happy birthday William Hogarth, born #otd in 1697 in Bartholomew's Close, near @BartsHospital. He produced the murals of Christ at the Pool of Bethesda and the Good Samaritan on the Grand Staircase in the hospital's North Wing for free, as a gift to the hospital.
