Very sad to hear of the passing of Julia Adey, former Beaconsfield Conservatives supper club chairman, Bourne End & Wooburn Green chairman, and a superb local Bucks councillor for many years. My heartfelt condolences to Julia’s family.

Those wishing for the annihilation of the Jewish people are not a secret sect, not in hiding - but happily marching the streets of London, screaming their hatred with impunity whilst every synagogue in the country now requires police protection. This is a national disgrace.

We welcomed Sir Jacob Rees-Mogg to launch our Edmund Burke Dinner with our excellent MP Joy Morrissey MP. Burke made Beaconsfield the home of conservative thought. From Scruton to John Strafford, his flame still burns. Joy & Jacob echoed his cry for freedom, family & nation.
