Six months ago today I had open heart surgery to replace my calcified and bicuspid aortic valve. A whole lot of folks helped me on this journey and I have been blessed to have such a strong recovery from the surgery. Thanks to my friends, family, doctors, and nurses.

Celebrating the one year anniversary of open heart surgery that replaced my calcified and bicuspid aortic valve. I’ve been blessed to have a strong recovery with the support and prayers of family and friends and an awesome medical team including my heart surgeon Robert Lancey.
