Extremely worrying UK maternal death rate increase 2020-22 13.4/100,000 maternities vs 8.79 in 2017-19 (Statistically significant and highest rate in 20 years) Rate for Black women reduced slightly but significant inequality persists (33.9 vs 12.8 in White women)
