The current coronavirus pandemic is of great concern to all of us. Consequently, the team leaders of our children's & youth theatre have issued the following statement relating to both regular workshops and rehearsals for our May production, Our Day Out: bit.ly/3cVLmEJ

Following government advice, BTC has now closed its doors for the foreseeable future. All productions, auditions and children's workshops have been cancelled. Please see this announcement from the theatre's trustees and check the website regularly for future announcements.

Here's an important update from the theatre's trustees. As we won't be able to hold auditions in June or July, our production of Foxfinder in September has been postponed to 2021 and we now hope to reopen in late October instead. Keep a check on the website for further updates!

BTC's monthly play readings start this coming week on Wednesday, 2nd September at 8pm via Zoom. These will take place on the first Wednesday of every month until the end of the year. Full details of how to get involved can be found on our website: bit.ly/3b9HuQ8

Sadly, we have had to cancel our forthcoming production of Love Letters as the rights have been withdrawn due to an upcoming national tour of the UK and Ireland. Hopefully, we'll be able to stage it at a future date. Meanwhile, plans are afoot for a replacement play in July.
