We were delighted to welcome AFC Bournemouth Women back to our Human Performance lab on Wednesday to complete their preseason testing. This included lactate threshold tests, muscle strength assessments and measures of lower limb asymmetry and power 🚴🏻‍♀️ #SportExSciBU #BelongAtBU
