Spirituality can be used as a tool to : 1. Escape a difficult reality through excuses (this is called 'spiritual bypassing') OR 2. Face a difficult reality with added strength. --- Meditation trains the mind. Prayer trains the heart. Don't escape life. Face it head-on.
