Residents be advised, there is a major water main break that is effecting the areas of Belleville, Newark and Bloomfield. This is an active scene as crews are attempting to work on the situation. A “boil water” advisory has been initiated.

The DEP tests have determined that the “boil water”advisory has been lifted.
