From the Chinese Acute Pancreatitis CTG (CAPCTG) a multicentre stepped-wedge, cluster RCT of balanced solutions vs saline in pts w. severe pancreatitis. Balanced solutions decreased organ failure free days & increased time alive & out of ICU. Great work!! pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38708888/
