2023 regular season is in the books. It was my first healthy full season since 2017. Thankful for every high and every low, for the opportunity to keep learning and mastering a craft that I love.

A huge turnaround year from Ben. ✅Made it back to the MLB ✅Added a cutter ✅Stayed healthy for the first time in 6 years ✅Recorded his highest MLB velo at age 32 (98.3) Excited for the package he'll bring next year after some fine-tuning this winter. #TreadFam
