⚡️🧵On Friday we ran focus groups for 38 Degrees Matthew McGregor & UCL Policy Lab in Runcorn with those who voted Reform, Labour, Green or hadn't voted a day earlier to find out why. These are the 1st groups I can remember where just the participants could have changed the result.

Very much hope this is true. The timing of this winter fuel policy, the way it was announced & the way it was designed has caused so much anger & political damage the length & breadth of the country. If the govt wanted to show it was listening, this would be a good start.
