I was honored to be invited to present my essay “Homeless Residency Restrictions” later this week as part of 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 Symposium Series. The essay explores proposed legislation in WV that would have prevented individuals experiencing homelessness from residing near schools.
