#WorldBicycleDay Fun Fact: In Munich bikes are used to carry surfboards, as the city uniquely features a surf wave at the Eisbach showcasing the versatility & adaptability of cycling culture. 🚲 BTW, wet surfers are not obliged to carry a valid PT ticket if they use the tram. 🏄

During TU München's inspiring #TUMSustainabilityDay something became obvious: for the transition, we must empower the public to playfully participate by using our tools. Outstanding examples: 🌟 Little Big Carpet by Lior Steinberg 🌟 Mobility (In)Justice Atlas by David Durán

#Paris has shown the world how mega events like the Olympics can transform cities. The games were fully accessible by #bike. By promoting #activemobility & giving #publicspace back to citizens, people from all over come together to socialize and more #equity is achieved for all.

Welcoming guest researcher Jedwin Mok from University of Toronto! His research focuses on multimodal access in transit networks. More recently, his fellowship thesis used a global lens to analyze disparities in transit infrastructure construction costs. Looking forward to more collaboration🔥
