Great USATF Region 16 Junior Olympics meet! 🙏🏼 I qualified for my two events for this year’s Junior Olympics in College Station in July! I will be competing in 15-16 y.o. 800 meter race & 4x800 meter relay! Now the real work starts! 💪🏼 Thank you The Wings Track Club for great training!

Today, 4 of our athletes qualified for the McNeil Cross Country invitational in Round Rock today. They competed unattached, but definitely deserve to be recognized by our IC community! It was a tough course, but we’re tougher.

I’m so blessed to have set a new PR this past meet! (16:54) I’m looking forward to the rest of my sophomore season, looking to hit new PR’s and set new records!

Iowa Colony boys and girls XC teams are heading to Huntsville for regionals! Both teams placed third in our district.

I’m so blessed to have qualified for regional’s in Huntsville! At district I PR’d in the 5K with a time of 16:44, placing 7th place individually, hence qualifying to regionals. ICHS XC also qualified as a team, placing 3rd at district!
