Nursery had so much fun exploring floating and sinking today. First, they made predictions and explained their ideas, then they voted for either ‘float or sink’, then they counted down from 5 as different objects were dropped into the water and they watched in amazement!🫢

Two or Year 5 children who regularly speak at our Anthem Community Councillor meetings have been to the Houses of Parliament today with Mrs Wilson to take part in a workshop to develop their public speaking. What an enrichment amazing opportunity! 🗣️Anthem Schools Trust

Nursery have had so much fun this week making a rowing boat to support their story telling of the book ‘lost and found’. The children helped to create and paint the boat as a team and today they pretended to go on a journey with the penguin back to the South Pole.

Year 2 had a fantastic time at the multi sports tournament this morning. Well done Year 2 - you were brilliant! 🙌
