#Proudadpost Had a sit down with my oldest Mykel Benson Jr that’s heading into 8th grade. At the beginning of the summer. I asked him what were his goals for the summer. He told he wanted to get bigger more explosive and dunk with ease. My guy has put on 10 pounds and as you see
