Club Runs this Week Tues - Meet a Golf Club - Road Routes Thurs - Meet outside Tatham Fells School, Lowgill LA2 8RA - This will mainly be a trail route but road options also available. (Car share if possible, please park considerately on the road)

Club Runs this week are both from the Golf Club at 7pm Tues Road - Thurs Trail

Unless any objections we will switch from trail route to road tonight due to amount of rain. Still meet at Golf Club at 7pm.

Club tonight - we meet indoors for the first time in the old pro shop at the front of the clubhouse. Bathroom facilities are now inside this area rather than main changing rooms.

Club Tonight - Reminder earlier 18:30 start from Ingleton Community Centre Car Park, please bring headtorches in case required.

Club Tonight - We will still meet at 7pm at the Golf Club but please be aware that if the thunderstorm has not cleared then we will have to postpone tonight.

Club Nights - Autumn Safety Reminder 1. Reflective clothing - now required for club runs. 2. Remember your headtorch - as it’s dark by the end of your run. 3. Be traffic aware - Please keep in to the side of the road and be aware of traffic from all directions.

It’s our Bentham 10k Race tomorrow. Entries on the day available from 8:30 Bentham Golf Course £10 affiliated £12 unaffiliated. Cash Only, please bring the correct money.

CLUB SESSION TONIGHT POSTPONED - We can’t guarantee the current thunderstorm will clear in time for the start of club at 7pm so we will postpone tonight’s session and rearrange for later this month or next.

Club - Tuesday 13th December Given the current state of pavements, icy conditions and continued cold forecast, club tomorrow night is cancelled. I wanted to make this decision as early as possible to allow any RED runners to make alternative arrangements.

Club - Thursday 15th December With the continued cold forecast, unpredictable road and pavement conditions and expected temperatures of -5c at 18:00 today, Thursday’s club night is cancelled. Hopefully we can get back to normal next Tuesday.

Please note, change in club run route tonight. It will now be a road route instead of trail due to availability of run leader. Still meet at 18:30 at the Golf Club. The planned trail route will now be next Tuesday.

Club Tonight - Reminder that we have another away trail night tonight. Starting at 7pm from the national park car park at Stainforth (BD24 9PW). Please note if using the car park charges apply. If you choose to park on surrounding roads please be considerate to residents.

Club 22nd June - There is a change in club run schedule tomorrow due to work commitments. Now road routes from Club House at the Golf Club. 7pm start.

No Club Tonight - 8th Feb It’s windy, cold and sleety so we will make an early call and cancel club tonight. Stay in the warm and we will see everyone at the Golf Club on Tuesday.
