So CPD's post-Pride Parade strategy this year is to keep people OFF the 900 block of West Belmont entirely — the block that has, in recent years, turned into an hours-long street party. So, now, hundreds of people are walking and twerking on all of the side streets instead.

...CPD is also very quickly disrupting every twerk-off we passed tonight, whether they be in the traffic lanes of a street, on a sidewalk, or in a parking lot.
