Who doesn’t want a shorter working week and fewer steps to the top of your pay grade? When less means more: we achieved a commitment to a 35-hour full-time working week = pay rises for part-time & shift workers + less steps to the top of your grade for ALL support staff.

I’m sure you saw the news and, to put it mildly, I can’t say we’re excited. Funding in our sector is broken. Moving a greater burden onto students will not fix this. We need a new funding model taken out of the hands of the VCs and executives who have gutted our sector!
