Villanova’s Wooga Poplar has agreed to an Exhibit-10 contract with the Chicago Bulls, I’m told. The 6’5” guard averaged 15.3 points and 7.0 rebounds while shooting 38.7% on 5 threes per game en route to 3rd Team All Big East honors and a Portsmouth Invitational Tournament nod.
