Three losses since round 1. 2, 4 and 4 more scoring shots. 6, 10 and 23 more inside 50s. Losing margins of 3, 6 and 1. Accuracy matters, more than ever.

I mean, on the one hand we’re spending so much that we keep running up against PSR. But City are still spending nearly twice as much. It’s not even worth trying to compete really, is it? 😓 #salarycap

Yep. £100 match tickets incoming. But God forbid that football should ever address players’ wages. Let’s just run harder on the “generate more revenue” hamster wheel instead. Sigh 🙄

.. & worth remembering that final ‘Back to the Beginning’ concert raised a huge amount of money for charity, with the proceeds split equally among Birmingham Children's Hospital, Acorns Children's Hospice & Cure Parkinson's. The total raised was reportedly £140 million. Legacy.

Gutted to hear Ozzy is gone but so glad he lived long enough to have one last hurrah. Takes a rare kind to leave an iconic band and have an even better career not just for himself but for the string of magnificent guitarists he gave a platform to. RIP Oz. Flying High Again 😓

First time I saw Ozzy live was Donington 1984. His first gig back in the UK post-Randy and it was bedlam. Like Beatlemania 😆 He couldn’t believe the reaction but he fed off it as he always did. Saw him a few times after that but I’ll remember that one forever. #RIPOzzy

Isn’t this the bloke who had a massage on the field? 😆 In both cases the fault is with the umpires. Players are going to do whatever the umpires let them get away with.

Not dealing well with middle age. Aches and pains. A list as long as my arm of things that “aren’t healthy” any more. People I loved passing away at ever greater speed. Getting older sucks. Avoid it for as long as you can.

England have given away the momentum yet again in this series. Been a bit unlucky but nowhere near enough in this pitch to justify bowling first.
