Ada Post 72 Braves defeat Bartlesville Doenges Toyota Indians, 10-5, to win the Oklahoma American Legion Baseball state title. They will play the Missouri champion Aug. 6 at 3 p.m. in the Mid-South Regional at Ronsick Field.

In the continuation of last night's Missouri State Tournament game, Festus Post 253 has extended its lead over Jefferson City Post 5 to 7-0 in the sixth.

Moberly Post 6 defeated Kirkwood Post 156 to win the Missouri Senior Legion state title, 9-1. Looks like Pittsburg Post 64 (Kansas) and Pontotoc (Mississippi) also will be coming to the Mid-South Regional.

We should know the final team for the Mid-South Regional tonight. Mountain Home Lockeroom plays Fort Smith Sportsman in Bryant at 5:30 p.m. Lockeroom needs one win to claim the title. Fort Smith knocked out defending champion Bryant last night.

We now have the full field for the Mid-South Regional, which starts next Wednesday in Washington. Mountain Home Lockeroom won the Arkansas state title last night by beating Fort Smith Sportsman, 11-8, in the title game in Bryant.
