Full of cold I joined others on an early 4 mile walk today - sharing stories of mental health challenges and how there's always a better future. We did this to reduce suicides locally Lovely company with local legends who've overcome adversity and prospered ❤️ #walkintothelight

The team took part in the first ever Alice House Hospice charity golf day at Hartlepool Golf Club ⛳️ Collectively, everyone managed to raise over £7,000 which will help provide care and support for local Hospice patients and their families. Well done to everyone involved👏
