What is positive disclosure? Positive disclosure is creating a supportive environment and culture whereby employees and students on placement feel empowered to disclose their access needs enabling them to get the reasonable adjustments needed.

I think people in OT often underestimate how hard it is for me to keep up with conference abstract submission deadlines ON TOP OF keeping track of 4 TEDx event licenses a year. I don’t think there is another person in OT who can be that on the ball!
