Too many HS players don’t do what it takes to play college baseball and then at the 11th hour try and cram years of work in. I guess this is similar to what students do in the classroom; they are lazy all semester and want to do extra credit the last week to raise their grade.

Gonna say this...the minute the majority of players(not all) commit to a college, they trend down rapidly. Why? They were playing for all the WRONG reasons. Play to be the BEST. Committing to a college or signing a pro contract shouldn't be the GOAL. The goal is to be a BEAST.
