“It’s shameful for councillors Rebecca Bligh, City Councillor, Pete Fry and SEAN ORR to oppose even studying options for a smaller tax hike,” Binda said. “Families and businesses are worried about how they’re going to pay bills and those three councilors are ignoring those folks.”

The David Eby Government is cutting funding for this child’s life saving medication because it costs $800,000. Meanwhile David Eby is padding his own office budget by $1 million this year.

Interesting priority noted by Carson Binda below. Too often patients fall between the cracks in Canada’s politician controlled health care system.

Disappointing to hear Danielle Smith saying she wants to keep the Industrial carbon tax. Does she understand that higher taxes on refineries means higher costs at the pumps? More taxes on fertilizer factories means more expensive groceries.

New Brunswick can’t afford anymore big spending politicians. The race to lead New Brunswick’s Progressive Conservative Party is underway, and taxpayers deserve to know where each contender stands on government spending. My latest for Telegraph-Journal: tj.news/new-brunswick/…

Manitoba Finance Minister Adrien Sala needs to go to summer school, because taxpayers can’t afford any more failing grades. Sala received an F on the Finance Minister's Report Card. If Manitoba wants to earn an A grade from taxpayers, the government needs to rein in spending

NEW PBO report shows debt interest charges cost taxpayers more than $1 billion every week. Ottawa borrowed $46 billion last year. Massive borrowing, soaring debt interest charges are unacceptable. Stop Ottawa’s debt-fuelled spending spree!

City of St. John’s is spending $85,000 for its signature sign. Vancouver’s is costing $1 million. Why does it cost less than one-tenth the cost in St. John’s? More mismanagement from the bloated bureaucracy at Vancouver city hall.
